About Us

Aishwarya, the founder of House of Kaaruka, comes from a South Indian family where festivals and weddings were a part. Growing up around these occasions, she developed a natural connection with ethnic wear — especially sarees, which for her represented both culture and comfort.

Coming from a business family, Aishwarya was deeply inspired by her father, a successful entrepreneur who taught her the value of hard work and perseverance. Following in his footsteps, she always dreamt of building something of her own.

Not drawn to the idea of a regular 9-to-5 job, Aishwarya explored different business ideas over the years. Some worked, others didn’t — but every experience gave her valuable lessons and shaped her journey as an entrepreneur.

With immense support and encouragement from her mother and husband, Aishwarya finally decided to follow her heart and start House of Kaaruka. Their constant belief in her vision gave her the strength to turn her passion into a purpose.

Launched on 16th Nov 2025, House of Kaaruka was born out of love for timeless Indian craftsmanship and the stories woven into every saree.

More than just a saree brand, Kaaruka aims to keep India’s weaving heritage alive while helping women connect with the art, emotion, and comfort that every weave holds.
