We request you to read these terms carefully before shopping with us, as they explain your rights, responsibilities, and how we operate as a brand.

1. Product Information
We make every effort to display all sarees and products accurately, including colour, craftsmanship, and details. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, or individual screen settings. These natural differences do not qualify as defects. Many of our products are handcrafted, and minor irregularities are part of the weaving process and not considered damage.

2. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to update or modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be completed through the secure payment methods available on our website. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of ₹100 applies. We do not store or have access to your card details at any point; all payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.

3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if there are issues such as stock availability, payment verification errors, or incorrect pricing. If your prepaid order is cancelled from our side, the amount will be refunded as store credit.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days, and delivery may take 4–9 business days depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier issues, or festive seasons. Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if they wish to initiate a return. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds are provided only in the form of store credits, which are valid for the duration specified in the policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If the order was prepaid and cancelled within the allowable window, store credit will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or fail verification checks.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including product images, descriptions, logos, designs, and brand elements—belongs to House of Kaaruka. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. Unauthorized use of our content will be treated as a violation of intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability
House of Kaaruka is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide accurate information and seamless service, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without errors, delays, or technical issues.

9. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity carried out from your account will be assumed to be authorised by you. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
