Return Policy:
If you wish to return a saree, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Houseofkaaruka@gmail.com.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. The fabric should not have any perfume, makeup, or stains. Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
You may choose to return the product for store credit or request an immediate exchange for another saree of the same or higher value (with the price difference applicable). Please note that pre-ordered pieces are not eligible for returns.
Refund Policy:
We offer refunds only in the form of store credits. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a coupon code equal to the amount you paid.
Store credits are valid for 3 months, can be used on any product on our website, and must be used in a single order.
Shipping Policy:
Prepaid orders come with free shipping across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat charge of ₹100 applies.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days.
After dispatch, delivery timelines are estimated as follows: 4–6 business days for metro cities and 5–9 business days for other locations.
Return / Exchange Shipping Policy:
If your return or exchange request is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 5 business days.
The return shipment must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service and email us the tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments, so ensure the parcel is securely packed.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued as store credit.
Colour Disclaimer:
We make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. These differences do not qualify as defects.
Damage / Defect Policy:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video.
After verifying the issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the replacement is unavailable. As long as the issue is clearly shown in the video, we will resolve it without any questions.
